Our Manufacturing process
At Juniper Bespoke Furniture we manufacture each of our products from premium raw materials, using a combination of digital saws and time-honoured joinery techniques to create high-end bespoke furniture that is both millimetre-precise and strong enough to last a lifetime.
Our manufacturing process begins after an in-depth consultation with our customers. Each project is individually crafted according to your exact specifications from our purpose-built workshop in the heart of West Yorkshire.
Once the main carcass of your project has been built, it is time to add customisation options. At this point in the process, we begin to apply your chosen colour options, finishes and hardware readying your project for installation.
The final part of the process is quality control, we examine each and every component of your project ensuring that it is strong, professionally finished and worthy of the Juniper Bespoke Furniture name.
